Assalamualaikum and hello lovelies! Finally, it's the weekend and it's time to relax! ^_^ Any plans for today? I would say weekend is the best time to catch up with my family and spending time with them. The best way to do that is to sit down for a meal, whether lunch or dinner, eat and chat away. Especially around Ramadan, 'buka puasa' session is the best way to bond. I want to share a food place that can gather all your family members for a 'buka puasa' meal. ^_^ Let's head over to Pak John Steamboat &Yong Tao Foo at E-Curve!

Pak John Steamboat &Yong Tao Foo serves steamboat and grill food all day long. During this Ramadan, they come up with a Ramadan Special where you only need to pay RM39++ for a steamboat and grill spread buffet! And also there are new menus added in just for this whole month of Ramadan! I love steamboat and grilled food, they are yummy!

The restaurant is spacious and so it is the perfect venue for gatherings with family, friends, companies and so much more.

This is the section where the additional menu is placed and as you can seen the kitchen is at the back.

Here's the choices that you have for your steamboat and grilled food! They do have many options to cater to everyone favourites.

Drinks and desserts section. They have ice cream, waffle, fruits to cleanse out your palette!

Now lets take a look at the new added menu for the month of Ramadan.

Sticky rice with a sambal filling. It is very satisfying because of the sticky rice. The sambal is quite spicy and nice too.

Yummy Beef and Chicken Rendang to give you the 'raya' feel. *hihi* The rendang does taste like an authentic Malay rendang.

Coke Chicken, wow who would have thought cooking chicken with coke? I find it a bit weird but surprisingly it's good! It's sort of like a chicken dish cooked with soy sauce and honey with an extra kick!

Those who loves fries rice, you can try this Tomato Fried Rice.

The filling is fish roe. You have to put the whole thing inside your mouth because when you bite into it, the fish roe will explode in your mouth.

Vegetable tempura for veggie lovers.

Pak John's take on Bubur Chacha but they use papaya and banana instead.

Now here comes the steamboat and grill part! For this Ramadan, they have 2 new soups for steamboat, they are Beef Soup and Prawn Soup.

Beef Soup

Prawn Soup. The other 4 soups that's already in the menu are chicken soup, tomyam soup, miso soup and curry soup.

Abalone Slice

Lamb Slice *MUST TRY*

So yummy, the beef is so tender!
