You need to apply a thick layer on the lower part of your face and neck on a clean and dry skin. Leave it for 10 minutes. At the 7th minutes do these steps for better result :
1. Place the left elbow in the palm of right hand and place the chin in the palm of the hand.
2. Gently move head to the left. Relax the weight of the head for a few seconds and repeat 4 times
3. Repeat these steps on the right side of the face.

There was a slight changes of appearance but I can absolutely feel that my chin area is tighter than before. For better experience, keep the mask in the fridge for the cooling effect. It's a must, do it! :)
