This is such an easy recipe. Made it up just now in the office. I used anything available in the pantry. :)
Suka sgt sotong/udang goreng tepung. Tapi kene yg jenis mcm ni, not the one yg mcm rupa cekodok tu.uhuhu tak suka.. -_-
Ok jom tgk recipe..
Bahan-bahan :
20 - 30 ekor udang (buang yg hitam2 tu and kopek kulit kecuali ekor)
1 1/4 cawan tepung gandum
3/4 cawan oat (I used Quaker Quickcook Oatmeal in blue packaging)
Garam
Lada sulah
2 biji telur
Cara-cara :
1. Campurkan sekali tepung gandum, oat, garam and lada sulah. Make sure well mixed. Garam and lada sulah agak2 la eh.
2. Panaskan minyak. Minyak kene byk so udang tu tenggelam dlm minyak.
3. Celup udang dalam telur, salutkan dgn mixture tepung td. Pastu goreng. Make sure minyak panas.
4. Dlm 2 minit mcm tu bole angkat dah sbb udang cepat masak. Or agak2 mcm dh turn golden sikit, bole la angkat.
