Zespri Kiwifruit 14-Day Challenge : Day 11 & 12 - The Benefits of KiwiFruit

Assalamualaikum and hello love! :)

I've been posting blog posts about kiwis for 10 days already and you must be wondering what is it with this kiwi??? :D

I've always known kiwi has 2 times Vitamin C than oranges, but do you know that there are other awesome benefits? Yeah, so much more! The photo below tells all the benefit from your furry brown friend, kiwi.


From all the benefits above, I love the fact that Kiwi is low in calories, aids in digestion system, high in anti-oxidant and  rich in Vitamin C! But don't get me wrong, I'll take in all the goodness because I can see some difference since consuming kiwis for 10 days. I had 2 Zespri Sun Gold Kiwi for dinner last night because I want something light and sweet. This is just perfect. I can eat more but it's ok I can have more tomorrow. :)
