BEAUTY | Review : Belif Hungarian Water Essence & Aqua Bomb

Assalamualaikum and hello.

The idea of Belif, a Korean skincare is created based on Duncan Napier, who was an herbalist from Edinburgh, Scotland who creates 'True Herb Formula" to solve different types of skin problems. Belif only uses natural herbs and honest formula to get the best results for it's consumer. Truth to be told, I was kind of happy with my current skincare (back then) and I wasn't to sure whether I want to try a new essence/serum and moisturizer. I know nothing about the brand and specifically the True Cream - Aqua Bomb so I went into You Tube to read some thoughts on it. Oh my gosh, I can't believe it that so many people love it and what made me want to try it even more is because Marlena from the Makeup Geek include the Aqua Bomb as one of her favourite in 2015! Do I need any more reason? Heck no. But before we get into that, lets get to know Belif Hungarian Water Essence first.

Hungarian Water is the secret of the Hungarian Queen's beauty and now we can all gain the benefit of it through Belif Hungarian Water Essence. Water is the key of a perfect hydrated skin, therefore with added Rosemary and Gotu Kola, the Belif Hungarian Water Essence is created for that smooth, supple, soft and moisturized skin. This essence provides a long-lasting hydration and it also aids with the following products applied on the skin.

Love it that it comes with a pump.
One pump of the essence.

The texture is slightly gel-like, but it is still watery. When I massage it into my skin, the water essence quickly absorbs into my skin and at this point, the essence does feel like water. It has this calming scent to it, which I really like and it does not leave my skin sticky or greasy. I used one or 2 pumps each time after applying my toner and let it absorbed into my skin before applying my moisturizer. This essence is a good base before applying my moisturizer as it works very well with Belif Aqua Bomb. I actually prefer to use this essence in the morning, as I have an anti aging serum for night time. Hydration is always important for me especially during the day, so yes, Belif Hungarian Water Essence  gets a thumbs up from me.

Belif The True Cream - Aqua Bomb
RP : RM155 (50ml)

Belif The True Cream - Aqua Bomb is formulated with Lady's Mantle or also known as "a woman''s hydrating herb". It is clinically proven to increase 18% of water content of the skin therefore you know that this product will provide maximum hydration for your skin. Another plus point for this Belif The True Cream - Aqua Bomb is that it has NO mineral oil, synthetic fragrance, synthetic dyes, synthetic preservatives and animal-origin ingredients.

Comes with a lid to keep the product clean and free of dust, etc

The texture is gel-like consistency and somehow feels a bit creamy when massaged into the skin. It absorbs quickly and leaves the skin non-greasy even though it is a hydrating moisturizer. The scent is very therapeutic and calming. It makes me feel like I'm in a facial spa when I apply this moisturizer. I can not tell you how much I love this, because honestly my skin has been so good since the first day I used this moisturizer. No more dry patches on my cheeks and around my lips. *hooray* My skin has been so soft and supple through out 3 weeks of usage. I am indeed a very happy woman. I can confirm that this is the second hydrating moisturizer I found really works on me. Belif The True Cream - Aqua Bomb is definitely the BOMB.

I personally think these 2 products work well togeher, in a way they complete each other. However if you really want to try Belif products, I highly suggest for you to buy the Belif The True Cream - Aqua Bomb because I think it gives visible results and also because I love it more than the other one. *hehehe*
