Beauty Review : Stila Countless Color Pigments in Finale

Assalamualaikum and hello lovelies! :)

I have been wanting to review this product from the first time I used it but I was so occupied with other things. Even though I have other posts to be uploaded, I really need to share this with you girls. :) I purchase the Stila Countless Color Pigment in Finale in my Birthday Haul in September. Check out the post if you have not read that! :)

Lets take a closer look, shall we? ;)

A = Hot Pink/Fuschia
B = Orange
C = Yellow/Golden

If you are worried that the 3 shades will get mixed up in the pan, well don't! Because you can use your brush, swipe off the surface a little bit and the shades will be as how you bought it. ^_^

SWATCHES

The top part = individual swatches
The bottom part = combination of 2 shades
The far right = combination of 3 shades

Looking at the swatches you can probably figure out that this is a coral pinkish type of shades. A total summer or spring colors. The texture is satiny and buttery, but not as buttery as the Stila In The Light Palette.  If you look closely into the pan, it has a bit of shimmer but once you put it on your eyelids, it's not that noticeable. It is very pigmented and you really have to blend it well to get a softer look. You can actually use this color pigments as a blush, but you REALLY need to blend it well because if you don't, you will look like a clown. No kidding!

I used :
Yellow/Golden on my eyelids
Orange on my crease
Hot Pink/Fuschia on the outer corner

The 3 shades in the pan really goes together hand in hand. I mean even if you use the shades individually, you will get almost the same shade on your eyelids because they will blend in together and you could not really see the difference.I also find it a bit hard to blend it with a brush, I think I spent quite a few minutes to get everything well blended.

Honestly I love the idea of the 3 shades in a pan  because it is unique and I haven't seen anything like it before. The tie dye effect in the pan is gorgeous! That is actually the reason why I want to buy it, it so pretty! As for me, I would use the color pigment as a whole rather than individuals. I would mix with brown or any darker shades to create more depth in my crease and outer corner.

Would I repurchase? Heck yeah, I will because the shades available is oh so pretty! :)

How can you not say YES to all these? :D

Additional to the coral eyes, I used mauve/pinkish blush  (Spice by NYX) and a brownish nude lipstick (Burnt Caramel by Max Factor)

Have you tried the Stila Countless Color Pigments? Which shades? Let me know how you like it! :)

Till then,

xoxo,
Sabby Prue
